20 Best Matches From WWE's 'C' Shows

At one point in the early 2000's, WWE employed a surprising number of the previous decade's cruiserweight stars. If you barely remember this period, it's because basically all of them were banished to Velocity. Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero both became huge successes, but not so much everyone else.

How crazy is it that WWE had the most beloved light heavyweight ever, the longest-reigning cruiserweight champ of all time, and a guy who legit held 9 championships simultaneously, and their best idea was to team them against comedy Italians on a throwaway Velocity? 

That'd be like bringing up Sami Zayn, Finn Bálor and Neville up to have them get beaten by the New Day on a show no one's watching.

Just like that hypothetical matchup, through, this one is pretty great. The cruiserweights are clearly better as individual competitors, but the FBI has much more experience as a team and they ultimately weasel out a victory.

Bonus points for Michael Cole and Josh Matthews throwing hateful jabs at each other the whole match like its NXT season 3.
