WWE's Seth Rollins Says He'd Rip The Rock's Eyes Out
Seth Rollins shoots HARD on The Rock's mic skills and behaviour since returning to WWE.
Seth Rollins says he'd rip or "claw" The Rock's eyes out if he ever slapped him the way he slapped Cody Rhodes back at WWE's WrestleMania 40 press event in Las Vegas. In a fun moment, Seth then reminisced about his infamous feud with Rey Mysterio several years ago and said Rocky would get some of that medicine too.
Fans may recall that Rollins and Mysterio worked a quirky "Eye For An Eye" match at Extreme Rules 2020. Rules for the bout stipulated that the match could only end once one man removed an eye from the other's skull. It was as silly as it sounds, yes.
Seth also told Submission Radio that The Rock has been using "all the same insults that he’s had for the last 20 years". The reigning World Heavyweight Champion then called that "kind of sad in some ways", and claimed 'The Great One' couldn't hang with him in-ring.
This was clearly build towards something else on-screen come WrestleMania time, but the eye ripping/clawing/gouging remarks will raise some eyebrows. Dwayne Johnson's famous brow will presumably be amongst them!
No more "Eye For An Eye" shenanigans, please.
