One of the most baffling aspects of TLC was the decision to continue emphasising Charlotte's heelish tactics, proving Paige right and potentially garnering sympathy for a heel who mocked the champ's deceased brother only a few weeks ago. Charlotte needs to turn heel. Her father might be able to get away with being a loveable heelish face, but he's a bonafide legend and can pretty much act how he wants. Charlotte is nowhere near established enough to be taking on such a niche persona, and must turn fully bad - but this puts WWE in a conundrum. The current roster has so many heel divas, it's hard to think of any babyfaces beyond Becky and Natalya. A good solution would be to call up Bayley from NXT. The ongoing UK tour has proved just how over she is - perhaps the most over person on the entire show, male or female. A call-up can't be far off, and a feud with Charlotte would be testament to her skills.
