Well, I'm presuming it's Joey Mercury. It is a small bald headed man after all, and he still works behind the scenes at WWE so would be expected to be at RAW. The J & J Security man played it cool however, as when he realised Kevin Owens was cutting a live promo he merely leaned up against the wall and did his best to get out of shot. Why didn't anyone tell him we were live?
