“Every story has a beginning, a middle, and an end…but not always in that order”. That’s the logline that’s been taunting Whovians throughout the entire run of this season of Doctor Who. However, upon further inspection it seems that what was once a cute little reference about the nature of Time Travel has turned into BBC America telling us one of the twists of this season’s story line. If the evidence presented below is accurately decoded, Series 7 has been happening in reverse.
Author’s Notes: There is a heavy level of conjecture and dot connecting with clear as day evidence from all four aired episodes, and one unaired episode. This could all be one big heap of bunk, which will cause Steven Moffat to laugh at us peasants from his Ivory Tower of writer’s excellence. Then again, this could be true. Either way, it’s a bunch of wibbley wobbly, timey wimey…theory.
Also, I’d direct your attention to this fine piece, which was posted earlier on this very website. If anything, consider this post as an unofficial companion to this previous publication.

I like your theories but did you catch the crack in tha wall? The doctor sees it! I’ve not seen one comment on it in any dw blog, but I’m American so who knows!
@ Erin – I DID NOT! Which episode was that in?
Thanks for the shout out!
You just blew my mind!
@ Samuel Moon – Why thanks. You blew my mind with your original article and it helped spark the fire to this one when I had a conversation with some friends about the reverse theory.
Well, I realize this is an old article, but taking that in account, I guess you were right about the reverse chronological order. Jenna is in the Christmas Special. Wow…
The next half of the season will be what either makes me a liar, or makes me a champ. My journalistic integrity rides on your back, Moffat!
(Seriously, “The Girl Who Died Twice” business interests me.)
