8. Prez: First Teen President
Premise: High school teen Prez Rickard becomes elected President of the United States when the age of eligibility for running for the Presidency is lowered to incorporate the young.
Why It Wouldn't Work As A Movie: Firstly, it's an absolutely ridiculous premise for a film, especially if the film were to opt for a self-serious treatment. This would need to have its tongue poking a hole right through its cheek, and even then, it's probably just too damn goofy. Plus, the comic only ran for four issues, and how many studio execs are going to bankroll a comic property that wasn't very popular in the first place?
