A lot of comedy requires a careful execution, especially in comics. Play too much into the comedy side, and you risk making the whole thing seem too silly – too little, and your comedy outright isn’t there.

There is, however, a way to bypass any of these worries – that is, to make the entire premise of the comic itself funny. And having the role of Peter Parker replaced by Galactus is nothing if not an oddly hilarious premise.

While it’s incredibly unlikely that anyone has ever actively craved seeing what Peter Parker would have grown up like if he was Galactus, it’s equally impossible to read the comic and not feel like a void in your life has just been filled.
