10 Justice League Members More Powerful Than Superman

Superman himself once stated that Martian Manhunter was the most powerful being on the face of the earth.

He has heat vision, he's able to shapeshift into anything he wants to perfection, become completely invisible, shift the density of his body, choosing to become as hard as diamond or phasing through solid matter at will.

But that's not all, he is also an incredibly powerful telepath able to read, influence and even control minds easily, capable of rendering beings braindead or telepathically link people across the world, providing a metaphysical space for them to reunite, often doing this to assemble the League.

In some versions he doesn't even have a physical weakness. The only thing that can truly harm him is fire, not the heat or burns but the mental image that fire triggers in his mind: his whole planet and his family burning in front of his eyes. This is so traumatic and sad that he can no longer maintain control of his form or mind. So, of course, Batman's plan to contain him was to keep him burning. Indefinitely.

Either way, when Superman has you at the top of his list of beings he is afraid to face in battle, you know you are something else.
