10 Things You Didn't Know About Daredevil

8. He Was Almost Teamed With Ka-Zar And Iron Man...

Whilst he's now popular enough to warrant a TV show, back in the day, Daredevil's sales were slumping. Before he was brought back from the brink by iconic runs by Frank Miller and Ann Nocenti, back in the seventies, his title was in dire straits. To the point that Marvel considered combining him with another low-selling title. Surprisingly, Marvel's current biggest star of screen and page wasn't in a particularly great place either. Tony Stark was sputtering out and so, briefly, the idea was floated that Daredevil and Iron Man's books be combined. So either they would team up or have shorter stories...? Anyway, obviously that didn't happen, but even weirder was that there was going to be a Ka-Zar/Daredevil Annual in 1998, written by Nocenti. If Iron Man and Matt seem like a weird pairing, the Man Without Fear and Marvel's equivalent of Tarzan is...what?
