Deadpool's healing factor is so advanced, he can survive virtually anything. Dismemberment and decapitation is nothing more than a mild inconvenience to him.

Despite being borderline invulnerable though, Deadpool does suffer from a couple of phobias.

First off, he is scared of clowns. Now, this doesn't sound unusual since coulrophobia is very common. But the reason why the Merc' with a Mouth is afraid of the whimsical entertainers is utterly non-sensical (even by his standards). He believes clowns are the worst threat to humanity save for Galactus due to being "purveyors of hope and all that is pure in the world" and for their ability to "bring joy and laughter to the smiling faces of children everywhere".

As much as he hates clowns, they are not his only fear. Wade Wilson also suffers from bovinophobia, which is an intense fear of cows. He claims bovines "scare the $%£$" out of him since their cold lifeless eyes makes them look like they are always "waiting".
