10. The Maker
What are the odds that Reed Richards becomes the next big bad of the MCU?
The Maker is the Reed Richards from the Ultimate universe. A series of traumas in his life lead to Mister Fantastic turning evil and becoming the Maker. He takes the pain of his life so personally that he decides that all of reality should be destroyed and recreated in a way that spared him from such torment.
Maker is just as intelligent and powerful as the Reed Richard on the main universe. While the MCU could introduce an evil version of the character from the multiverse, maybe they'll be bold and allow only one Reed Richards to walk this dark path.
If John Krasinski takes on the role, he's a perfect actor to turn Reed Richards into Maker. Look to his emotional performance in A Quiet Place. If Reed Richards loses friends, innocent lives, or suffers a series of traumas throughout the saga, Maker may want to remake this universe by first wiping it from existence.
Of course, the MCU would need to save face and inevitably have Maker switch back to the side of right and sacrifice himself to save the world at the last moment.
