15. Thor Riding A Space Shark (Thor: God of Thunder #9)
Thor: God of Thunder is a non-linear story, as it constantly switches between a young Thor, the present day Avenger Thor and older Thor the All-Father as they are pursued by the deity-killing villain Gorr the God Butcher. Issue nine sees all three of these Thors teaming up and heading to the future in order to attack the Black World of Gorr himself. The issue is basically a non-stop brawl - literally page upon page of epic fighting action. Each of the Thors, despite being the same person, have their own unique ways and mannerisms and the story has fantastic exchanges between the trio, such as this one between the two battle-hardened older Thors:
Old Thor: "My Mjolnir finds that amusing. How about yours?"
Avenger Thor: "Can't you hear it laughing?" However, what young Thor lacks in experience and humorous moments he makes up for by doing awesome things like what he does in this issue - riding in to battle (albeit arriving late) on a freaking space shark!
