The Godfather of the Arrowverse himself, Oliver Queen is expected to make the ultimate sacrifice this coming crossover.
In the Elseworlds crossover last year, the Green Arrow made a deal with The Monitor in an effort to save the lives of Barry Allen and Kara Danvers, also known as The Flash and Supergirl. In doing so, he is now required to aid The Monitor in preparing for the crisis.
The Season 7 finale of Arrow saw The Monitor breaking the news to Oliver Queen that he would meet his end during the crisis. We also got to see a tombstone with Oliver Queen’s name on it in the year 2040, with the year of death being 2019. This terrible realization that the Emerald Archer is set to die in Crisis on Infinite Earths raises countless questions about his final days.
Knowing that Season 8 of Arrow is to be the last, fans will be eagerly waiting to see how it plays out. How exactly will he die in the crisis? Needless to say, Oliver Queen, you have not failed this city!
