The flame haired Bounty Hunter, in the Princess Leia style bikini, to add yet another strong female presence to the Guardians team. With Angela's comic history eventually revealing her as the sister of Thor and Loki, what better person to tie the universes together? Sent from heaven to stop Spawn from hell, it is an interesting concept for those who are still morning a proper incarnation of Constantine. Plus, she's badass - a trained assassin created from the souls of captured women, Angela has the backstory to boot.

For the real reason we need Angela in a Guardians film is her entrance. The character was involved in a long legal battle between Image Comics and Marvel, but when Angela was literally pulled through the time and space continuum she brought the severed head of a giant humanoid with her. Her first encounter had her engaging in battle with the Guardians and still with the head flying around - seeing that played on screen would certainly help bolster the Guardians's "not for kids" mantra.
