10 21st Century Horror Movies That Are So Bad They're Good
7. Clown (2016)
Eli Roth’s Clown received rave trailer reviews but when released, everyone seemed to forget about it.
When a father finds an abandoned clown outfit and tries it out for his son’s birthday party, he soon realises that there is something much more sinister about the costume when he can’t take it off, becoming possessed by whoever or whatever wore it before him.
It's good for the scare value, with a particularly suspenseful scene within a child’s play area. As most of the population already have a fear of the children’s entertainers enough without even having to watch it, it deserves top scare points just by the title.
Clown is filled with suspense and scares, with quite an unexpected ending involving rituals and weird clown demonology.
