Michael Jordan (You remember him, right? Good.) once described Space Jam as the best career move he had ever made. This, of course, is a complete and utter lie, but who cares because anyone who was walking the earth knew that this movie would definitely be one of the best things to come out of the 90s. The greatest thing about this movie now is that almost everyone who grew up in the 90's has seen it, and what made it great at the time was that it was somehow undeniabley cool. Characters that we had known for generations were cleaner cut for the silver screen and we were able to see character development from our favourite toons that we had never been able to get from 10 minute shorts. Space Jam was a huge hit among children and older fans alike, and became the highest grossing Basketball movie of all time. New characters were introduced such as the scintillating Lola Bunny, and the mixture of live action footage and animation gave the movie a technological edge that had only been seen on that scale before in the 1988 classic Who framed Roger Rabbit.
TV and Film fanatic with too much time on her hands and a penchant for fast food and handsome men, not necessarily in that order.
Self proclaimed 'funny one' among family and friends.
