10 Actors Arrested Whilst Filming Movies

CAA Talent agent Jim Toth was pulled over by Atlanta police officers under suspicion of drink driving but much more notably, Jim Toth is married to Reese Witherspoon who was accompanying him when the car was pulled over. Witherspoon was in Georgia at the time filming American-Indian drama 'The Good Lie' and ultimately ended up in handcuffs, arrested for disorderly conduct.

Toth was pulled over after weaving across a double line, and smelled of alcohol, which prompted a sobriety test in which he far exceeded Georgia's legal limit of 0.8. Amidst the events, Witherspoon became agitated and the arresting officer reported that she questioned whether he was a real police officer and ignored his orders "to sit on her butt and be quiet". Camera footage of the incident shows Witherspoon telling the officer, "You're about to find out who I am!".

The news was a shock to the squeaky clean image the media had previously presented of her. She pleaded no contest to an obstruction charge and explained in a written statement released after the incident, "we all make mistakes. I clearly had one drink too many and I a deeply embarrassed about the things I said."
