Who Is He?: Many will still remember Michael B. Jordan for his brilliant work as drug dealer Wallace on The Wire, and also his turn as Vince Howard in Friday Night Lights. Since then, Jordan has burst into feature films with the brilliant low-budget superhero flick Chronicle, and he earned major plaudits on the awards circuit these past few months for his role in Fruitvale Station, to the extent that some have him pipped to earn an Oscar nomination for his work. 2014 starts off strong for Jordan, with him starring in the romcom That Awkward Moment, which will surely boost his profile among young women, and possibly make him one of the year's new "heartthrob" figures. If all goes according to plan, he'll also start filming his role as Johnny Storm aka The Human Torch in Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot, and his part in Creed, playing the grandson of Apollo Creed.
