9. Charlie Hunnam - Guy Gardener/Green Lantern

Guy Gardener is often characterized as being a bit loud, brash, and slightly more rough-and-ready than both Jordan and Stewart and with DC’s plans for Green Lantern Corps who's to say that throwing three of Earth’s Lanterns into the mix is off the table?

Charlie Hunnam is practically tailor-made to play Gardener. Anyone who has followed his career will see he has a history of playing swaggering, brutal, morally dubious guys who often like to bend or break rules when it suits them, making him the ideal candidate to play the more snarky Green Lantern.

If the film does end up following the tracked path of Green Lantern Corps and is set in space, then the potential for a fish-out-of-water duo movie with Hunnam and Kaluuya being tasked with intergalactic policing could certainly make for great entertainment. Otherwise, a clashing of ideologies between the more straight-laced Stewart, and the more street Gardener could produce some solid drama between two great leading men.
