9. Jeffrey Dean Morgan - Watchmen

The costumes of Zack Snyder's Watchmen adaptation were a bit of a nightmare by all accounts because of the director's penchant for impressive looking but limiting outfits made of materials not designed to be worn for long periods of time or for strenuous movement.

Matthew Goode was well publicised in his disdain for his Ozymandias supersuit, but he at least didn't have to have an under-suit fitted beneath his costume to make him look more physically impressive. His co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan wasn't as lucky, as his frame wasn't deemed bulky enough for the Comedian, so he had to war a prosthetic torso to add muscle mass underneath his latex and leather costume. No wonder he looked so big.
