10 Actors Who Had No Idea What Was Coming Next
4. Dennis Greene - Bad Boys II
In yet another attempt to frighten a truthful performance out of an actor on the day, Michael Bay, Martin Lawrence, and Will Smith all went the extra mile to make one particular co-star feel incredibly uncomfortable on the set of Bad Boys II.
Dennis Greene was tasked with bringing the character of Reggie to life in the action comedy sequel. However, instead of just allowing Greene to walk on set and enjoy the experience of sharing the screen with Smith and Lawrence, the latter had his bouncer inform the youngster that he must not, at any point, look Lawrence in the eye or talk to him off set on the request of Bay.
The combination of this and Lawrence himself being an all-round a-hole towards Greene during his time in and around the feature, led to Greene being a petrified mess by the time he was set to act opposite the dynamic duo. It also came as a complete surprise to the young performer when Smith opted to pull a gun on him mid-way through his character being grilled over taking Marcus' daughter Megan on a date.
Well, that's one way to scare an up-and-comer away from the business.
