10 Actors Who Had TWO Terrible Movies In 2022

One was bad enough, but these stars were in for double trouble.

With 2022 wrapping up, it's time to look back fondly at some of best output from the world of cinema.

Just kidding, let's rip some of the worst films of the year to absolute shreds.

This list is doubly harsh, because we're not just focusing on actors who had one bad movie to their name in 2022. That would be far too easy. Instead, we're interested in the stars who stunk up the box office not once, but twice.

To be clear, we don't necessarily mean that they gave two bad performances in these films. Plenty of actors were much worse many more times over. It's just that they had the good grace to be bad in good films.

These ten performers did not have the same luxury. Instead, their movies were either critically panned, lost big at the box office, or both in some really unfortunate cases.

There's a healthy mix of big names and big movies in here for you to sink your teeth into, as you make yourself feel ever so slightly better about your own life by laughing at those far more rich and famous.

You're welcome.

10. Mickey Rourke - Warhunt & The Commando

Famously a dog lover, we're pretty sure Mickey Rourke let his pets decide which films he'd appear in in 2022, as they were pretty dog-ass bad.

The star of Sin City and The Wrestler appeared in four different movies across the year; one of them was direct-to-video, one of them has no Wikipedia page, and one of them was Warhunt.

Released in January, Warhunt stars Rourke as a one-eyed World War II soldier who stumbles across a group of supernatural Nazis. So far, so schlocky.

The film stands on 27% on Rotten Tomatoes with critics deriding it for a lack of plot and poor production values even by B-movie standards.

Also in January came The Commando, that straight-to-video release we mentioned earlier.

This time Rourke is a criminal named Johnny who invades the home of a DEA agent played by Michael Jai White. It's got plenty of action, but fails to bring anything new to the genre.

On the whole, not a fantastic year of output for the Mickster. Still, he seems to be happy, and that's the main thing at the end of the day.
