10 Actors Who Need To Go Away For A While

1. Adam DeVine

You might not know Adam DeVine by name, but you most likely recognise him as the rubber-faced comedian Hollywood is desperately trying to make a thing at the moment.

The guy has his goofball routine and does fine enough with it, but in recent years he's been misguidedly shoehorned into leading man roles which don't suit his skill-set at all.

Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, When We First Met and Game Over, Man! have all tanked with him as the lead, and clearly Hollywood just wants to cast him as the wacky schlub until the end of time.

DeVine's much better-suited to being the supporting comic relief, but if he's insistent to keep seeking out leading roles, his favour with audiences is likely to run dry incredibly soon, and he'll be forced to take a breather one way or another.

Should these actors take an, ahem, extended sabbatical? Got any other suggestions? Shout them out in the comments!
