10 Actors Who ONLY Star In The Worst Movies
4. David Spade
For as much as people complain about Adam Sandler taking lousy paycheck roles, at least he does periodically appear in more robust drama movies helmed by auteur filmmakers.
David Spade? Not so much.
Despite having worked in movies for over 25 years, Spade has only two acclaimed films in his filmography, both of which are animated - The Emperor's New Groove and Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation.
The rest of his career is defined by comedy clunkers like both Joe Dirt movies, Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star, Grandma's Boy, Father of the Year, The Wrong Missy, and his many Adam Sandler collaborations such as the two Grown Ups films, Jack and Jill, and The Do Over.
What can you even say about this? The guy's getting paid and has a niche he appears to be filling just fine, even if as a result he has one of the least-enviable filmographies in all of Hollywood.
