Model Cara Delevingne began her acting career in 2012 with a small role in Joe Wright's broadly well-received Anna Karenina adaptation, though in the eight years since she's appeared in just one other good film - 2018's music drama Her Smell.

Delevingne is an actress Hollywood desperately tried to make the next big thing for a few years in blockbusters such as Pan, Suicide Squad, and Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, though given that all of these films were divisive with critics and audiences alike, and her performance itself was criticised in the latter two, that experiment quickly came to an end.

After most recently appearing in the universally-loathed drama London Fields - another zero-percenter on the Tomatometer - Delevingne has found greater success in the world of TV, co-starring in the moderately well-received fantasy-drama series Carnival Row.

Given that it seemed like she was on-track to become a breakout Hollywood mega-star just five years ago, though, her cinematic prospects are looking decidedly bleaker.
