10 Actors Who RUINED Movies In A Single Scene

4. Keanu Reeves Has Seen Many Strange Things - Bram Stoker's Dracula

Need an actor to believably bring a Chosen One to life? Or an actor who makes whooping ass look like the most wonderfully violent dance ever to grace the big-screen? Then Keanu Reeves is most certainly your man.

However, if you require someone to convincingly don an RP accent throughout their time on-screen, he is not, sadly. Not by a long shot if his just about unwatchable work in Bram Stoker's Dracula is anything to go by.

Look, getting an accent down to the point of sounding like you're a native is bloody difficult, folks. And even though Reeves tried with all his might to nail the British sound during his preparation for the role of Jonathan Harker, that still couldn't save the flick from being entirely overshadowed by his god-awful accent.

It's the scene involving Reeves' Harker and Gary Oldman's Dracula bickering after a bit of a close shave that really killed the blood-sucking ride, though, with the former unleashing the unwanted and poorly performed gift of "I've seen many strange things already. Bloody wolves chasing me through some blue inferno!" opposite the acting legend.

Reeves is a man of many talents. Delivering dialogue in a British accent without eliciting awkward chuckles just isn't one of them.
