The 23-year-old Maze Runner star is just starting out in his film career proper - though he does have 3 years of Teen Wolf already on his CV - and he has already admitted he'd be interested in playing Spider-Man: "...kinda nerdy dude in high school, then he gets to be a superhero running around new york city, doing spider webs and stuff thats basically my entire dream as a human being.. i like wanna be Peter Parker." Pros He already has a major fandom of his own: Teen Wolf was one thing, but starring in a YA Fiction adaptation is basically licence to print money these days (even when the films don't quite match up to expectations). If Sony and Marvel want to capture a new audience (young, female and pro-active in the whole social media organic publicity cycle) then he'd be your man. Cons He doesn't have a very big profile yet, and there won't be the same kind of magic when he whips his mask off in front of the crowds.
