Unfortunately, Daniel Craig learned that last one the hard way when he challenged none other than professional wrestler Dave Bautista to put a bit more effort into their fight scene in the 24th Bond film - Spectre.
Although the film couldn't live up to the heights of 2012's Skyfall, it certainly left a lasting impression thanks to the action-packed fight scenes between Bond and Blofeld's hitman, Mr. Hinx.
In the film's most iconic scene, Bond is enjoying a well earned break from car chasing and gun-slinging on board a midnight train until Mr. Hinx bursts into the carriage like the Kool-Aid Guy on steroids.
During this hard-hitting fight scene Craig tore his ACL after foolishly encouraging Bautista to put a bit of that signature WWE spice on it when throwing him around the train.
As a result, Craig had to wear a leg brace for the remainder of the shoot and left the rest of the stunts to the professionals.
