5. Tracey Ullman - Death Becomes Her
In 1991 Tracy Ullman was due to make her big screen comeback alongside Plenty co-star Meryl Streep. She played Toni, a bartender who befriends Streeps husband Dr. Ernest Menville (played by Bruce Willis) and helps him stage his death before running off to Europe together. It was supposed to be the moral crux to the story but both the director and the test audiences opted for the less saccharine darker ending instead. In some rare early trailers Ullmans bartenders role can be seen.
