10 Actors You Won't Believe Have Never Made A Sequel

9. Russell Crowe

You'd have honestly thought that Russell Crowe would have found his way into a sequel movie at one point, and yet the Australian mega star has insisted on embarking on original projects over the course of his career instead. Despite the fact that a few of his films were originally intended to be huge franchises, nothing ever came about and good ol' Russell was left to his own devices. And off he went, pursuing stand-alone movies. In a few cases, we're glad that certain sequels never came to light. Like with that long-rumoured Gladiator sequel, for example, which was supposedly meant to take place in the afterlife, with Maximus picking fights with Gods and doing all sorts of sh*t that would have probably required a load of CGI. And we're pretty sure Ridley Scott and the Crowe discussed a Robin Hood sequel, which - of course - nobody else really wanted. If He Had To Make A Sequel? Master and Commander desperately deserves a sequel, given the amount of source material available. Make it happen!
