10 Actors You Didn't Know Were Coming Back For Movie Sequels

In another Babysitter 2-style case of apparent resurrection, early word claims that Alien heroine/ sci-fi icon Sigourney Weaver will be returning in the upcoming mega budget James Cameron sequel Avatar 2.

Wait, you once again wonder, wasn't her character dead by the first film's end?

(Not doing a spoiler warning there, you've had ten years to watch one of the biggest films of the millennium).

Indeed she was, so it remains to be seen how the King of the World/ blockbuster icon Cameron will manage to work his way around that fact for this sequel. Avatar 2 has been in production almost a decade which gives the team ample time for rewrites, but Cameron tantalizingly claimed he wrote the entire planned series before production began on the first film, so perhaps her character's demise is all part of a grand scheme from the Terminator helmer.

Who knows, audiences may still get a DiCaprio-starring Titanic 2 at this rate...
