10 Actors You Forgot Were In The X-Men Films

Upon reading the name Ato Essandoh, most would probably think "who's that?", even though he is an actor whose work you have almost certainly seen. Even if most of the series or films he has been in have passed you by, he has one line that has travelled far on the internet and that you will almost certainly know: "Jesus Christ, that's Jason Bourne!"

Yeah, he's that guy. Essandoh has featured in the likes of Altered Carbon, Jason Bourne (obviously) and, of course, X-Men: Dark Phoenix. The former two projects gave him decent roles, one a probably career defining line, but the latter cast him as an emotionless member of the alien D'Bari race and had him basically do nothing... though that's not dissimilar from what the rest of the cast were given to be fair.

Let's just all be thankful that The New Mutants will be the film to end this franchise and not Dark Phoenix.
