10 Actors You Had No Idea Produced Awesome Movies

Demi Moore made a name for herself in the 1980s and early 1990s, starring in films like St. Elmo's Fire and Ghost. She even garnered the title of highest-paid actress in Hollywood come 1995. However, shortly after she would lose that title due to multiple critical failures at the box office.

During the midst of all of this, she decided to help produce a movie starring her friend Mike Myers called Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.

Not much can be said about why she chose to produce the film (and its two sequels). It might be fair to say her involvement isn't as heavy as some other producer credits might be. Whether she simply helped fund it thanks to being friends with Myers or if she actually had a say in creative direction is anyone's guess. The fact remains the same: she was credited and paid handsomely from its huge success.
