10 Alternative Film & TV Characters To Dress-Up As This Halloween

By now, if you are lucky enough to be going to a fancy dress party this Halloween, you have probably already brought, made, or at the very least have some preparations as to what you plan to dress up as this year. Some of you very well may pride yourself on your creative genius, and have thought of an idea that will for sure WOW all your friends at the party... but I bet the large majority of you are probably just going as either a witch, a vampire, or a zombie... aren't you? If you are one of these people, and are planning on going out either today or tomorrow to buy one of these costumes, or you already have last years hanging in your wardrobe, or you have already brought the costume but are regretting not being more original... then this list is for you. If you've racked your brains as to who you could very well dress up as but so far have only come up with the obvious Film/TV characters... Freddy, Jason, Leather-face etc. etc. then this list could very well be the answer to your prayers (especially if you are somewhat geeky). The following list are 10 Film and TV characters which most people won't be going as this Halloween and would have the WOW factor to impress your friends. Most of the following are pretty simple, cheap and easy suggestions but a few will probably take you the next two days to prepare. If you hate all of these ideas, then at the very least they could get your creative juices flowing... and alternatively, if you have a really awesome Halloween costume already prepared, I'd love to hear what you are planning on dressing up as this year...

I am a recent Screenwriting for Film and Television graduate from the UK. I am an unashamed geek who loves everything Marvel, and anything Joss Whedon has ever touched (except for maybe Alien Resurrection and Titan A.E). My current favorite TV shows are Breaking Bad, Family Guy, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, Homeland and Glee. I look forward to debating things with all of you in the future.
