Based on an unfinished project by film legend Orson Welles, Dead Calm tells the story of a young woman who is kidnapped and seduced by a mass-murderer, while her husband is left on a boat whose crew has been brutally slaughtered. Dead Calm has a compelling premise, presented in a slick package that deftly draws the audience into an ever-escalating, suspense-filled plot.
