6. Frankenstein - Deathrace 2000 (1975)
This film is by far one of my favorite guilty pleasures. In a dystopian future, the government of the United Provinces (the former United States) runs an annual cross country car race. The race is an especially brutal sporting contest due to its requiring drivers to run down pedestrians for added points. Sylvester Stallone and David Carradine star as opposing drivers. Throughout the movie, the driver Frankenstein (Carradine) is portrayed as a hideously mangled cyborg who consistently survives every accident he gets into. In reality, a new Frankenstein is recruited each time the current Frankenstein is killed in a wreck, making the cyborgian aspects of this character a little less impressive. Still, the current Frankenstein has a prosthetic hand containing a grenade (or "hand grenade" as he calls it). That's enough to qualify for this article if I stretch the limits of Tim's Third Law. Let's just say that Frankenstein's hand gives him enhanced powers for killing the president and bringing down the fascist government of the United Provinces.
5. Inspector Gadget (1999)
Now this guy is one of the most unique cyborgs out there! John Brown is a security guard for a science laboratory. He wants to be a real police officer instead of just a security guard, but his attempts are denied. One day, the stereotypical, rich, bad guy invades the lab attempting to steal the cybernetics experiments John Brown is guarding. John goes after our bad guy and gets in an accident. He is then rushed to the hospital and, much like the Six Million Dollar Man, is rebuilt using cybernetics. Starring Matthew Broderick as John Brown (post-surgically dubbed "Inspector Gadget"), Dabney Coleman as Chief of Police Quimby, Rupert Everett as the evil rich guy Sanford Scolex / The Claw, Joely Fisher as Brenda, and Michelle Trachtenberg as Penny, this movie is entertaining for a little while, but that's about it.
