10 Awesome Death Scenes From Awful Horror Movies

1. Jason X - Liquid Nitrogen

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mdEoXGf3ECI Jason X is an absolutely absurd entry into the already pretty testing Friday the 13th series, and we all know that it signals creative bankruptcy whenever a series goes into space. As asinine and ridiculous as the film is, it does have this classic kill, in which a tasty blonde scientist begins toying around with Jason's corpse, before she turns away from Jason, at which point he sits up, grabs her, has a quick fondle, and then dunks her head into a bath of liquid nitrogen. We get an excellently-composed shot of her face freezing within mere seconds, after which Jason pulls her head out and smashes it on the counter, causing her face to turn to nothing but a bloody, icy stump. Jason then discards of the body and moves on to slaughter the rest of the nubile idiots on board the vessel. Though the film is a mess in pretty much every other regard, it gets major brownie points for scoring one of the best death scenes in any horror movie ever made.
