http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wp88T3DBBpo This death scene gained a good deal of notoriety even prior to the film's release, and the film's marketing campaign hinged largely on the promise that Paris Hilton would meet a gory death in the film, the one promise that the film lived up to, rather than having a good script or strong performances. Hilton plays a ditzy blonde character much like herself, and bites it when she's trying to hide from the antagonists, peeks out over a car, and has a pole thrown through the car at her head, which it pierces, sending her back into a fence before she falls down to the ground, the pole impaling itself even further in her head as she lands. It's a brilliant, crowd-pleasing way to do away with a character - and, indeed, a person - that people just don't like, making for brief cinematic gold in an otherwise cack-handed and forgettable horror film. One has to note the also surely intentional choice to have her die by way of a pole, given that having a pole in her face is exactly how she got famous in the first place, is it not?
