"Infinitely Polar Bear?" you ask. "What's that? An animated film that I somehow missed?" Amusing, dear reader, but unfortunately, no, it isn't: Infinitely Polar Bear is a comedy/drama starring the always brilliant Mark Ruffalo, who plays a depressive father keen to win back his wife - played by Zoe Salanda - by taking care of their two young daughters. It's a relatively light film, given the subject matter, and the plot is thin, but it's still a worthwhile. This film was released back in June, and it seemed to slip under the radar in an epic way. When asked what they did last night by a co-worker, not a single person on the planet presumably replied with: "Oh, I watched this film... Infinitely Polar Bear." It just didn't happen. That's not to discredit this warm and watchable picture, though, which features great turns from Ruffalo and Salanda and a plot which will warm the cockles of your heart.
