10 Awesome Movies That STILL Aren't On Blu-Ray

2. True Lies

James Cameron is no stranger to big-time movies and he's certainly no stranger to working with Arnold Schwarzenegger, so when the Terminator dream-team collaborated one more time for True Lies in 1994, audiences knew to expect a large-scale adventure - and that's exactly what they got as the film proved to be an action-packed comedy, following a government agent who struggled to balance his family life with his job duties.

With that in mind, it's rather baffling that it hasn't been released on Blu-Ray yet. It went down positively with critics at the time and was one of the Austrian Oak's last major hits of the '90s (well, for the right reasons anyway), and these days, it's considered among the veteran actor's all-time greatest films.

Moreover, being a Schwarzenegger offering, it's unbelievably over-the-top when it comes to crazy action, and these scenes in particular would definitely benefit from the refreshed sharpness that Blu-Rays are renowned for.

Thankfully, we may not have to wait too much longer to see True Lies receive the Blu-Ray release that it deserves because, according to Cameron, a new transfer has been created but he simply hasn't had the time to review it yet.

Oh yeah, and it's not the only one...
