7. Wolverine Will Be Time-Travelling In X-Men: Days of Future Past
As Hugh Jackman was finishing off his panel for The Wolverine, he surprised fans by kick-starting a surprise panel for X-Men: Days of Future Past, and introduced the entire cast of the movie, who came out to greet Con attendees. The icing on the cake is that director Bryan Singer also showed off the first clips of the movie, which revealed that Wolverine will be the one travelling back through time in order to convince Professor Xavier and Magneto to put aside their differences and stop the Sentinels from taking over in the future. The sizzle reel shown off emphasised the dystopic nature of the bleak future the mutants find themselves facing, and the importance of Wolverine's mission to change this. Needless to say, it went down an absolute storm with the adoring crowd.
