10 Awesome Wolverine Moments Hugh Jackman Won't Ever Get To Do

Wolverine is a formidable warrior and not someone you'd ever want to fight against. Unfortunately, even Logan's friends have been on the receiving end of those claws.

In Enemy of the State, Wolverine in captured by the combined forces of HYDRA and the Hand and brainwashed into becoming their assassin (fine, maybe the list of people who have beaten Wolverine is actually pretty long). He was then sent on a mission to kill as many heroes and villains as he could to boost the Hand's undead army.

Not only did this version of Wolverine have all of Logan's savagery and tenacity, he also had Hand-trained stealth skills and a built-in teleporter, making him a deadly opponent who left a trail of lesser characters, like Hornet and Slyde, dead in his wake.

The story culminated in Wolverine attacking the X-Mansion, filled with his teammates and S.H.I.E.L.D agents. In an awesome scene, Logan escapes by flying the Blackbird straight through the front door and running into the woods. He then battled all his old friends, even killing Northstar by stabbing him through an intangible Kitty Pryde, before finally being brought down by a star-spangled shield to the face.

Obviously, Captain America and S.H.I.E.L.D would have to be cut out of a film version, but it would still be amazing to see the X-Men forced to battle their greatest warrior. They could even adapt the What If? ending where Kitty phases her hand right into Logan's brain.
