For most adults, Fireman Sam: Set For Action! wouldn't really seem like a bad movie so much as a kid's movie, with all the lowered expectations that come along with that. However, parents who have sat down with their kids to watch this already know why it's on the list.

Set For Action's plot concerns Hollywood actor Flex Dexter being jealous of Sam for starring as himself in a movie about him, and he commits several acts of sabotage until Sam is removed from the movie and Flex can take the role. As confusing as that is for the younglings, it's nothing compared to the Transformers: The Movie style sin that is committed. No, Sam doesn't die in the first half-hour while fighting his nemesis, but having him fired from his job as a fireman is just as devastating to young children.

In the film, John Barrowman plays the self-professed best actor, Flex Dexter who totally sounds like he belongs in WWE more than Hollywood. Despite being the antagonist to the titular fireman, one has to think that Dexter would have more class than Barrowman and turn down this terrible movie.
