It’s a good thing that Kaley Cuoco landed her Big Bang Theory role right after she starred in this ninety-three-minute abomination. Otherwise she might have been forced to say yes to parts in more low-budget, low-quality films like this.

And here's a headscratcher for you. How did the team behind Cougar Club somehow managed to get both Carrie Fisher and Faye Dunaway, two certified Hollywood legends, to be in this? Did they kidnap their families or something?

The plot of this reads like one for a porn film. The two male protagonists, who don’t deserve to be named here, have an attraction to older women or ‘cougars’. They therefore decide to set up the titular Cougar Club as a place for young men to meet older women and charge exclusive membership fees for the privilege.

This is the entire plot. The rest of the runtime is taken up by them having sex with various older women, while Cuoco and other bland characters shake their heads disapprovingly. If you don’t have a headache by ten minutes in, it’s a certified miracle.

Some people just shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near a camera.
