10 Awful Movies Vikings Actors Want Us To Forget

5. Donal Logue (King Horik) - Ghost Rider

Autumns Blood
Marvel

Donal Logue is no stranger to comic book adaptions. He played Quinn in Marvel's first cinematically-released film, Blade, and Harvey Bullock in the Gotham TV series - and in between those roles, he also starred in one of Marvel's most critically-panned films, Ghost Rider.

Now, having a fiery skulled superhero who also happens to be a stunt motorcyclist sounds stupid as hell. However, the story could work if it was handled right. But considering this film adaptation was made by the director of Daredevil and the writer of Elektra, Mark Steven Johnson, Ghost Rider never stood a chance.

In Logue's defense, his performance as Johnny Blaze's friend, Mack, is perfectly fine. Sadly, you can't say the same about every other aspect of the film. Whether it's Nicholas Cage's CGI abs, his bad wig, cheesy dialogue, or the cardboard cut-out villains, it's bewildering this film got released. What's worse is it was delayed by nine months so the director could reshoot some scenes and improve the special effects. If this dumpster fire is the improved version, what was the original version like?!

At least Logue was smart enough to duck out of the sequel.
