10 Best & 10 Worst Horror Movies Of 2015

6. The Gallows

RT Rating: 15% You should never come out of a horror film celebrating its length, but that seems to have been the over-riding experience after The Gallows. Yet another found footage atrocity, it is ostensibly about a haunted play as a kid who died putting it on comes back to seek vengeance or something. It€™s really hard to care enough to pay attention. Basically, you€™re looking at a schoolkids in haunting peril, but played out in a medium that makes it almost impossible to actually see what€™s going on. That probably helps the plot, but it€™s no good for audience motion sickness. Somehow, the film made more than $40m from a budget of $100,000, so no doubt we€™ll see the Hangman again, along with his terrible acting sidekick, their shared terrible dialogue and that awful shaking camera.
