Piggy might be tragic, but The Kid from Bad Santa is just plain pathetic. So pathetic, in fact, that the movie never acknowledges that he has a name. To Willy (the Bad Santa of the movie's title), hes just a snot-nosed, fatherless, sandwich-loving kid with a big house and a lot of stuff worth stealing. But this is a Christmas movie after all, so youd better believe that the Bad Santa is going to have a (subtle) change of heart to help The Kid out at some point. The Kid is the perfect prey for bullies: rotund, naïve, and lacking any sort of masculine role model to help him figure out how to stand up for himself. He does have a great character arc over the course of the movie, however, wherein he learns a bit about growing up but doesnt lose his simple charm (emphasis on simple). Bonus trivia: Brett Kelly (the actor who played The Kid) would inherit the chubby kid on the team role from Ham Porter (also on this list) in the totally unnecessary sequel to The Sandlot. Choice Quote: Want me to fix you some sandwiches?
