8. The Hangover Part 3 (2013)
The Hangover 3 returned to Vegas, where it all started and tapped into what made the original so great, and what was notably lacking in Part 2; humour.
The original was one of the best comedy movies of the 2000’s and has since become an iconic staple of the genre. Thankfully the dark hearted, witless Part 2 didn't kill the franchise and prevent this 3rd instalment, which is just as funny as the first film.
By going back to basics and venturing back to Vegas, the film is more of a celebration of The Hangover’s success than anything. Though a lot of the jokes still miss the mark, The Hangover 3 is an endlessly enjoyable closure to the fun, chaotic trilogy.
