10 Best Horror Movies Starring Doctor Who Actors

9. The Vault Of Horror (1973)

The definitive Time Lord himself, Tom Baker, stars in this classic British horror which was released in 1973 as part of an anthology of stories loosely based on the EC Comics series. The film brings together five individual tales linked by a group of men who are trapped in a vault beneath the Thames. The Fourth Doctor star appears in Drawn and Quartered as Moore, an impoverished painter who seeks voodoo power when he discovers that his work has been sold for high prices by critics who had previously told him that it was worthless. While the other stories revolve around themes such as mysticism, vampires and bodily dismemberment, it surely doesn't get much better than an artist who kills by painting his victims' deaths?! It brings a whole new meaning to the term "art attack".
