10 Best Horror Movies With A Supernatural Twist Ending
6. Men
It's clear from the offset that something is not right in this movie. You can't just watch someone go into a remote village where every man looks identical and not suspect that something supernatural might be going on. However, the film does a great job of constantly keeping you guessing, wondering, is this supernatural or just an artistic choice?
Of course, by the time the film wraps up, you'll realise that while art is certainly part of it, there's undoubtedly something supernatural going on in this creepy ass village.
The movie follows Harper (Jessie Buckley), a young woman who retreats to a quaint village after her abusive husband's death. There, she encounters a slew of bizarre locals, all played by Rory Kinnear. She is also stalked by a creepy, naked man who doesn't seem entirely human.
It's all very strange but somewhat grounded, at least until the end, when you're subjected to one of the most disgusting scenes ever put on screen.
The movie finishes with a shocking sequence where the stalker gives birth to another of Kinnear's characters, and then that one gives birth to another, and so on, until her dead husband comes out. It's gross, to say the least, and adds a sudden, officially supernatural spin to close out the flick.
